If necessary, the processing phase can be preceded with the realisation of a prototype. For this purpose, the company can support the customer by using Dimension Elite, a 3D ABS prototyping printer operated by one of its leading technical partners, Energy Group S.r.l.
The Officine di Marco Poggipolini team can perform turning and milling operations on CNC machines, carry out laser and water jet cutting, and bend titanium tubes. Production also includes the supply of specific nuts and bolts for applications in the marine sector. An important detail of components of this type is the threading which is performed by what is known as a 'roll forming' process which offers greater precision.
TIG welding is perfectly performed, ensuring an attractive appearance is always maintained. Any yacht components, such as TV supports, gates or pipes, can be supplied.
