Titanium, first used in the aerospace and aeronautics industry, is now being increasingly used in all sectors in which its undeniable characteristics can make the difference.

Compared with normal lightweight alloys (aluminium, magnesium), it is much more resistant even though it costs more. These characteristics allow very lightweight components to be designed without the need to extensively increase cross-sections and, consequently, overall dimensions. On the contrary, exactly the opposite takes place for which reason, at the end of the day, the cost of the raw material can be reduced.

Marco Poggipolini, with his new company, intends to combine his thirty years experience in the sector of titanium with his personal passion for sailing and engineering. The development of specific consolidated know-how has, in fact, led to the definition of innovative design, technologies, treatments and solutions in order to assure optimised functionality at the lowest possible cost.
